Process The design is applied as an Inglaze Decal. There are a number of advantages to this. From a usability point of view the decal is fired at a temperature just at the melting point of the glaze which allows it to actually sink in giving it extradinary durability for everyday use and in the dishwasher. From a design point of view, the decal is developed photgraphically from the original art to give the most accurate reproduction. No other method would have done as faithful a job to capture the feeling of the original art.

Trade practices Our partner factory has passed extensive compliance audits from Macy's in the US, Debenham's in the UK and other top retailers throughout the world. They are also ISO9001 compliant which, as well as being a quality standard, requires extensive documenting and training proper work practices.
